If you do find the ISP already in the directory, locate the "ISP Logon" button. The Update form has many more data items than this simple Add My ISP form.

The FindAnISP.com list is based on actual POP modem pool phone numbers

We will not publish lists with just XXXX as the final four of the phone number, or lists of Cities or prefixes that are served.

This is for several reasons

• It gives prospective customers a way to see if an ISP has busy signal problems during peak hours.
• With 56K modems, the best way to find out actual connect speeds is by trying to connect.
• It clearly identifies ISPs who are only resellers of someone else's services. This is sometimes an indicator of unpredictable service levels.

About once per month, our software will revisit the web page containing the modem numbers to update the directory. In the event you move the location of the page containing the phone list, please remove the old page, otherwise we will continue to assume that the old location is still current.

Also, if your ISP serves multiple area codes, please include the area code on your pages, even though "everyone knows" what the area code is. Our software isn't that clever (although it tries!).

If this ISP is not yet prepared to accept customers or the web site is incomplete or "under construction", please do not submit an entry until the ISP and web site are functioning.
