Hello, My wife is from the Philippines so, to keep in contace with her family we keep the computer connected 24 hrs a day... are there any dial up ISPs that will allow this connection? I have asked many from your site and all have said they will disconnect after any where from 4 to 8 hours.

What you are describing is called a "dedicated" connection - which generally costs around $100-$150 a month... ISPs have to pay about $.15 per hour when you're connected.... 720 hours/month * .15 = ~$100.00 it costs them. Every ISP I know about says in their terms of service that you cannot use a dialup account as if it is a full time connection.
