That's basically a history of any relevant changes or events that we observed with that ISP... ie outages, change in network providers, unresolved consumer complaints...

The xxxx numbers extracted is the record of each time our spider has visited and updated the number list - for most ISPs that is done once a month. From the consumer standpoint, the main thing it does is confirms that the ISP has been around for a while, and maybe give a hint at their stability - if the number of POPs keeps varying wildly from month to month they may have trouble with their wholesalers.
