I have been unable to contact anyone to cancel my Wal-mart Connect internet service. It is currently deducted from my bank account and I have continuely tried the only phone number and it is never accesible. How or who do I contact to do this?

As you probably know, Wal*mart connect is actually run by AOL. There is very little information on that web site.

Please click the member services link on the Wal-Mart Connect home page or
call 1-888-855-0942 for questions or problems regarding the ISP.
When calling customer service:

Select Option 3 for account verification, password assistance or billing
inquiries
Select Option 4 for technical questions regarding Wal-Mart Connect software
Select Option 5 to cancel your account

Please let me know if that doesn't work.
